Active Ingredients per Serving: Zinc (as Zinc Lactate), Copper (as Copper Sulfate Pentahydrate). Other Ingredients: Reverse Osmosis Water, Malic Acid, Potassium Sorbate (as a preservative)

Do not take undiluted. Always mix Pico Zinc® Plus with liquid. Directions: Place ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) in 1 litre (33.8 oz) of water. Consume in one sitting or drink throughout the day. Up to two servings may be consumed daily. If new to this formula, divide initial dose and build up slowly. May be taken with or without food
