One dose (1 dropper (1mL) of Pico Selenite contains 175 mcg of selenium (from sodium selenite). Take 1 or more mL of fluid daily directly in the mouth or as directed by your healthcare professional. It is best taken on an empty stomach. For maximum impact do not combine this formula in your mineral water drink. May be used topically. Can children take Pico Selenite? No. This is a highly concentrated, targeted product and is inappropriate for children.
