The premium cold pressed olive oil comes directly from the picturesque region of Tuscany, where centuries-old olive groves flourish under the Tuscan sun. Olive varietiesinclude: Olivastra Seggianese, Leccino, Moraiolo, and Frantoiano. Blended together to create a balanced and robust oil with distinctive flavours.
Olio Piro. is crafted with utmost care, ensuring only the finest olives are used in its production. The olives thrive in the volcanic soil and optimal altitude before being meticulously hand-picked while still unripe to capture their bold flavours and high levels of antioxidants.
Within hours of harvest, the olives are carefully milled, filtered, and stored under ideal conditions in oxygen-free, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks until they are bottled to order. The same level of care is taken during shipping to ensure your bottle of arrives fresh and flavourful.
The 2024 harvest boasts a beautiful bouquet of green olive fruit and fresh-cut green grass with a spicy lingering finish resulting in an oil that is harmonious and truly exceptional.
