Antioxidant potential of pine needles

The Kent & Sussex Tea & Coffee Co white pine needle tea comes from the wild forests of Romania.

The pine needles are carefully harvested from the Eastern White Pines (Pinus strobus) before drying.

Add 1 teaspoon per serving and brew 5-10 minutes. You might like to add honey and lemon.
