Fine Celtic Grey Sea Salt

Made from the coarse salt harvested by the  salt-workers, Le Paludier de Guérande ground salt is dried and ground.

The salt is neither filtered nor cleaned, hence its natural grey colour. Free from pollutants and mechanical and chemical processes.

Contains bio-available minerals and trace elements (calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, manganese, sulphur, zinc and other nutritive elements).
