Colon Formula

In order to heal the body, the bowels must be moving. In fact, the average person should have 2 to 3 bowel movements per day.* This formula's main component, Cascara Sagrada, stimulates the contraction of the colon muscles (peristalsis) in order to induce a bowel movement.

When to use:

This formula can be used for ongoing support with chronic constipation or inflammatory bowel conditions, or as needed for short term support with bowel movements.* 

Cascara Sagrada Bark, Marshmallow Root, Spearmint Leaf, Fenugreek Seed, Psyllium Seed Husk, Dandelion Root, Ginger Root, Mullein Leaf

Suggested Dose: 2 capsules per day before bed. Increase as needed for up to 6 capsules per day. Increase water intake while taking this formula.
