Bio-MSM + Silica

Silica (also called silicon) is a mineral that is found in our bones, teeth, connective tissue, blood vessels, skin, hair, and nails and in fact in all cells of the body in different concentrations.

Bio-MSM + Silicia contains organically bound silica but also provides MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), also known as sulphur in its biologically active form. MSM is often taken in supplemental form together with glucosamine sulphate. One tablet provides 750 mg of MSM and 1.5 mg of silica (vegetable source).

As we age, our connective tissue loses some of its strength and elasticity, causing our skin to sag and wrinkle and our nails to become brittle. With the content of Silicia in Bio-MSM + Silica support the maintenance of skin, hair and nails.
