PLe Paludier de Guerande Celtic Grey Sea Salt is hand-harvested on the Celtic sea coast in Brittany. It is a nationally preserved area and registered as a World Heritage Site since 2002.
Made from the coarse salt harvested by the salt-workers, Le Paludier de Guérande ground salt is drained in the sun, dried and ground.
The salt is neither filtered nor cleaned, hence its natural grey colour. Free from pollutants and mechanical and chemical processes.
Contains bio-available minerals and trace elements (calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, manganese, sulphur, zinc and other nutritive elements).
