Sweet Chestnut Elixir

Sweet chestnuts are a nutritional powerhouse: gluten-free, delicious and packed with minerals, vitamins and phytonutrients. Traditionally, the leaves of Sweet Chestnut (Castanea sativa) were given in cases of whooping cough.
