1. Mix 1-2 tsps with a splash of boiling water to dissolve into a liquid mixture.

2. All our blends are low sugar so you can sweeten to taste. We recommend maple syrup.

3, Add 1 cup of hot frothed milk of choice. Blend well and enjoy!
