Napiers Wild Yam Cream has been used in our clinical practise in Edinburgh for many, many years by herbalists supporting women's hormonal health. Recently we've noticed that many more people have become interested in Wild Yam Skin Cream through the popularity of Anna’s Wild Yam Cream in Australia. Although Napiers cream pre-dates Anna's Wild Yam Cream by many years both creams were created similarly.

A skin cream specifically designed for perimenopausal, menopausal and post menopausal women who want the additional support of herbs. Menopause is not a medical condition, but a natural phase in a woman's life and herbs have been used for centuries to support them.

Unscented: Aqua, Cocos Nucifera, Calendula officinalis flower oil, Sorbitan Olivate, Cetearyl Olivate, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glycerine, Xanthan Gum, Benzyl Alcohol, Salicylic Acid, Glycerine, Sorbic Acid, Aloe barbadensis leaf juice, FE Dioscorea villosa, Vitamin E, CI 77820 (Silver), Maltodextrin.

During Menstruation:
Start with a pea-sized amount, applying both morning and night from Day 12 through 20.
Progress to double this amount and take both morning and night from Day 21 to 28.

For Menopause:
For those still experiencing menstrual cycles
Start with a pea-sized amount, applying both morning and night starting from Day 7.
Proceed with the same increment in dosage as outlined above, establishing a new cycle if required.
Over time increase to three times per day as required.
Once your cycle ends, you can either stop use or drop to one application per day until Day 7 of your next cycle.

NB: The first day of your period is Day 1.
For those not experiencing menstrual cycles
Start with a pea-sized amount, applying both morning and night.
Over time increase to three times per day as required.
When applying, alternate between inner thigh & upper arm areas where cream is easily absorbed.
