Midlife Herbal Tea Blend

A tasty tea to help ladies of menopause age to keep cool, calm and collected on even the most of fraught days, when our patience and normally saintly natures are sorely tested!

Rosa spp. petals (Rose Petals), Scutellaria lateriflora (Skullcap), Trifolium pratense (Red Clover Flowers), Turnera diffusa (Damiana), Salvia officinalis (Sage Leaf), Citrus aurantium (Orange Peel), Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste Tree Berry). May contain traces of: Celery, Tree nuts and cereals containing gluten

Infuse 2 tsp in a large teapot of boiling water. Allow to steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and add honey or lemon to taste.
