Mellow Mallow Herbal Tea Blend

The herbs in this pleasant tasting tea are soothing, gentle and protective. Traditionally used as a herbal supplement to support those who have a tendency to stomach problems caused by stress, overindulgence or poor diet. Especially useful for people with a sensitive stomach lining or prone to acid irritation. Helps to maintain, protect and restore a healthy stomach and gastrointestinal tract.

Althaea officinalis folia (Marshmallow Leaf) (30%), Filipendula ulmaria (Meadowsweet), Matricaria recutita (German Chamomile Flowers), Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice Root), Citrus limon (Lemon Peel). May contain traces of: Celery, Tree nuts and cereals containing gluten. Contains liquorice - people suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.

Infuse 2 tsp in a large teapot of boiling water. Allow to steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and add honey or lemon to taste. You can make a very strong tea and boil rapidly for 3-5 minutes with sugar or honey to make your own soothing syrup.
