Description

Mellow Vegan Kimchi delivers the familiar tang and satisfying crunch of kimchi, but with a softer touch. Infused with turmeric, fermented garlic, and a hint of chilli, it offers a golden-hued, milder profile with broad appeal.

Balanced and bright, this kimchi is the perfect introduction for first-time ferment fans or those who prefer a gentler kick without losing depth of flavour.

Serving suggestion: Stir into noodle soups, fold through fried rice, or enjoy straight from the jar for a simple, gut-friendly snack.
