Each Beef Gelatin offers 37 servings, with 12g of grass-fed bovine gelatin per tablespoon. This unflavored, colorless, and odorless beef gelatin is ideal for crafting homemade gummies, marshmallows, mousses, jams, and more. Beyond desserts, it serves as an excellent thickening agent for soups, sauces, and no-bake treats.

Suggested Use

Step 1 - Pour 1 tablespoon of gelatin in ½ cup of cold water. Let it sit for approximately 5 minutes.

Step 2 - Dissolve the mixture into 1½ cups of very hot liquid and add in any desired flavors and sweeteners (include as part of liquid measure).

Step 3 - If making gummies, pour the liquid into a mold tray and allow the gelatin to chill until firm before serving.
