Sourced from agroecological farms with strong ethical values, including their own farm in Ireland, Botanicals For Life Valerian undergoes gentle extraction and is suspended in glycerine, ensuring a natural approach to wellbeing.

Agroecological Valerian Extract is rich in valeric acid and other key compounds which promote a state of tranquillity.
Suggested Use

Adults take 1-2 servings (1ml approx. 20 drops) three times a day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
