Suggested Use

Do not take undiluted. Always mix Pico Zinc® Plus with liquid.

Directions:
Place ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) in 1 litre (33.8 oz) of water. Consume in one sitting or drink throughout the day. Up to two servings may be consumed daily. If new to this formula, divide initial dose and build up slowly. May be taken with or without food
