Our seasonal tea is specially blended with herbs that are especially popular in the spring and summer time. Take daily from spring on to enjoy the protective health benefits of herbs.

Ingredients

Matricaria recutita (German Chamomile Flowers), Sambucus nigra flos (Elderflowers), Euphrasia officinalis (Eyebright), Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice Root), Urtica dioica folia (Nettle Leaf). May contain traces of: Celery, Tree nuts and cereals containing gluten. Contains liquorice - people suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.

How To Use

Infuse 2 tsp in a large teapot of boiling water. Allow to steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and add honey or lemon to taste. Drink 2-3 cups during Spring and Summer.
