Napiers Best British Bitters

£14.00

Napiers Best British Bitters are digestive bitters traditionally used as a pick-me-up herbal digestif.

Taken as an aperitif before a meal, bitters help to stimulate the appetite, getting saliva and bile flowing to improve digestion. (Particularly helpful for those who have lost their appetite such as the elderly or convalescent.)

Napiers Best British Bitters are traditionally used to support digestion.

Bitter herbs are very helpful to aid digestion after overindulgence in alcohol, rich or spicy food, shellfish and other minor digestive challenges or to support your stringent detox reboot.

Bitter herbs contained in digestive bitters may –

  • support liver, gallbladder and bile
  • support loss of appetite
  • relieve nausea and upset stomach
  • encourage production and secretion of digestive enzymes, bile and HCL
  • relieve bloating, gas and heartburn
  • stabilise blood sugar

Directions: Take 5ml in a little water 3 to 4 times a day. Can be taken 15 minutes before a meal to stimulate appetite or after a meal to support digestion.
