Lamberts St John’s Wort Tablets

Lamberts St John’s Wort Tablets are a traditional herbal medicine used to alleviate low mood and mild anxiety.

Each tablet contains 370mg of extract, equivalent to 1,850mg – 2,590mg of St John’s Wort.

Studies have show St. John’s Wort to be as good as the standard pharmaceutical treatment for depression, with fewer side-effects. Study.

Directions: Take 1 tablet daily with water or other liquid.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

Do not use if:

• Your skin is exceptionally sensitive to sunlight (photosensitive)
• You are having light treatment (phototherapy) for any condition
• You are suffering from depression (see product information leaflet)
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding
• You are allergic to any of the ingredients (see presentation tab)
• You are under the age of 18 years.

If your symptoms worsen, if they do not improve after 6 weeks, if side effects become serious or if you experience side effects not mentioned in the leaflet (in pack), you must consult your doctor, pharmacist or qualified health practitioner.
In rare cases increased sensitivity to sunlight may occur, especially in fair skinned people.
