Studies have found that a dose of 200mg of L-theanine quickly increases alpha brain wave activity, which is generated during a relaxed but attentive state without any drowsiness occurring.

Lemon balm has been traditionally used to treat insomnia, sympathetic excess, anxiety, nervousness and nervous indigestion and panic attacks.

The 17th Century herbalist Nicolas Culpepper suggested it to be used for “weak stomachs”, to cause the heart to become “merry”, to help digestion, to open “obstructions of the brain”, and to expel “melancholy vapors” from the heart and arteries.

Studies show Lemon balm may improve memory and concentration, improve mood, sleep and cognitive performance and relieve anxiety.

L-Theanine (Green Tea Extract) (Camellia sinensis), Lemon Balm Extract (Melissa officinalis). Vegetable Cellulose Capsules (HPMC).

Suggested Use

Adults: Take one to two capsules daily with food. Children: Take one capsule daily with food. Not recommended for children under the age of 2 unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner. 2 capsules provide: 200mg of L-Theanine (Green Tea Extract) (Camellia sinensis). 150mg of Lemon Balm Extract (10:1) (Melissa officinalis). Equivalent to 1500mg of Lemon Balm Powder.
